Hello world! Welcome back to another blog. There has been all kinds of stuff happening this week. These included surrendering myself to a brilliant film screening, an unexpected moment in my acting class which led to making an idea for our Open House Event, and seeing a show where if I missed it, it wouldn’t been a tragedy! So without further ado, here is what I got up to on the week commencing 10th November 2025:

Professional.

Acting Class:

This week in my acting class, we had a surprise “disruption” which then led to an idea for the open house event. And I quite liked it, as because we’re not doing a pantomime this year, it may be a good alternative. I was abit gutted on not doing my monologue, but due to being poorly the week before I didn’t want to go into it without looking at my notes properly. That along with my impressions routine had given me good motivation for next week!

Surrender To It Premier:

This week I saw the brilliant film that was Surrender To It, starring some of my brilliant friends from The Actors Workshop Nottingham. This was a night out definitely needed, not only to support my friends but to also let my hair down to escape the everyday. I’ll be posting a review of it as part of films I saw in 2025 along with a vlog of the night and what I got up to before and after it. So keep you eyes peeled!

Acting Jobs:

This week I continued to apply for more jobs. And I got a notification from two of them on Mandy about an offer for a production and a self-tape for a fab series thats being filmed in 2026. This was a brilliant step for me, but because of the reasons beyond my control with regards to Christmas, I’m not sure about doing the production tour. I also got a message from one of the actors at Belvoir castle about doing some Christmas acting work. It was nice that they’re thinking of me, but because of my dad not being able to drive and other stuff I’ve got coming up, this year may be the first year where I’m not sure it’s doable. But I’m going to take it one step at a time, and by next weeks weekly highlights, I should hopefully gain an answer.

Content Filming:

This week I confronted working on my content for social media. These included the starting point of editing my Halloween job vlog, and also taking snippets of me seeing another show (which I’ll mention in a moment). Keep an eye out on my socials for when they’ll be up!

Here and Now:

At the end of the week, I watched the brilliant musical “Here & Now”. This was a brilliant watch, and even though I went by myself, I needed to see another show before the hard work for the open house event begins. And I would definitely recommend this one if you’re a fan of Steps. Keep an eye out for my thoughts of the show in an upcoming post along with a YouTube short of the day itself.

Act On This Podcast:

This week I listened to another brilliant podcast. This was another showreel surgery, and once again I learnt the tips and tricks for showreel success. And I’ve also learnt new things in the process, so at least that’s a bonus.

Coronation Street:

This week I watched the show from 7th October. We saw it first of faith Betsy ignoring a call from Becky, with Carla wondering if it’s a sign to say she’s going off Spain, and Carla getting a notification on the wedding dress designer. At the station, Costello reminded Lisa of bigamy whilst Lisa mentioned the offence for faking a death, with Costello then suggesting that Becky go back to Spain. All this chatter got Lisa being late to the wedding dress designer, but Lisa revealing there isn’t a way to avoid bigamy, and that Betsy can be in danger. This only got Carla accusing Lisa of stringing her along, straining their relationship. Later on Becky came round and asked Betsy about Spain and not being able to come to the wedding due to not blowing her cover. Betsy however was not convinced that it’s not just that, and Carla officially called off the wedding after sally and Sarah look at wedding dresses, with Lisa telling Betsy this, who then asks her if she still loved becky. Whilst that was happening, Costello revealed that he got rid of Tia Wardley, and that he’ll kill becky if she doesn’t go back to Spain. Becky then made it clear she’s not living as “Kim” and that Betsy isn’t ready, with Becky then flipping it to Costello daughter. Lisa then showed Carla Becky’s “death” certificate, with Carla wanting to get married anyway despite the consequences, telling her it’s Carla or Becky. This then got Lisa stating to Becky that Carla is her future, and Becky asked about why she doesn’t want to leave. But I don’t believe Beckys story that got her to stay, and Carla mocked her whilst searching costellos daughter. Whilst all that was happening, Eva told Ben to stop worrying about Will, with Maggie backing her up surprising Eva. And understandably Will was annoyed by Ben for being overprotective followed by getting a call from Megan. He then Liam and decided to skive off, and d whilst they drank alcohol, Will asked Liam about Mason and if he’s seeing anyone, whilst Liam asked about his girlfriend, only to get caught out by Maggie. Maggie told Liam about the consequences, and bless him for offering to pay, but instead she offered Liam to stay for dinner. And it was nice seeing Liam getting to know the Driscoll’s and Maggie taking the blame for the alcohol, but ended up being revealed soon, with Eva calling Kirk to pick him up and a comment from Eva got Will annoyed again. Eva then soon apologised to Will and soon got a text from Megan. Meanwhile, Ruby wanted a new phone after some kids make fun of her, but Tyrone then realised that he paid £200 for video games. Obviously Fiz berated him for it, but I do get Tyrone’s reason as to why he did video games. whilst he was fixing Roy’s train model, he realised who sent Hope the messages after reading it, leading to Tyrone confronting Ruby and admitting it’s her, revealing that it was out of jealousy but Tyrone will tell her not to tell Fiz if it stops. It didn’t last long though, as Fiz decided to ring the police, but Hope figured out Ruby did it, straining the family. It also didn’t surprise me that David forget their wedding anniversary, and Shona not being happy with her present David got her but the. surprised her with dinner at the bistro. Although he day couldn’t get any worse when David realised he booked the bistro for the wrong day, and end up getting joined by Sarah and Kit, which led to an awkward conversation about how long they’ve been together but a joke got out of hand. But at least David and Shona gossiping on the date was a way to end their anniversary on a high I guess. And Jack was going on a football trip (which I’m sure it’s what he needed after all the drama that’s been happening), but he wanted to make sure Kevin is okay (which was obviously a lie) and it didn’t surprise me when he rejected Abi's gift. Abi was then seen apologising to Roy for Alfie breaking Roy’s train model (which I believe was the one Tyrone was mending), stating she’ll move soon. And whilst Kevin showed Ben the camp jack was going to, Abi revealed she got Lauren’s old flat, so at least there’s a space for Abi, Carl and Alfie.

Hollyoaks:

This week saw revelations being revealed, a child on the verge of anger, and a new mother struggling more than she realised. Mondays episode saw Tony wake up from his coma, but Ant intimidating tony about if Darren did it didn’t help. And Warren asked Darren if he did do it, and asked if his name was mentioned, which is wasn’t. It then led to asking if either of them did it. But Darren refused to listen to both Nancy and Jack to keep a low profile, drinking himself into oblivion in the process. But Tony visiting and Ant losing his temper only made things worse, and revealing that when he collapsed he also suffered from a stroke. Let’s hope he makes a recovery soon. And Dee Dee was going to tell the truth, but was soon swayed by Diane, who mentioned the consequences of her actions if she did. Whilst she was not happy about it, Tony’s health update was the most important thing. Cleo meanwhile was still trying to adapt to motherhood, and talking to Dodger seemed to have helped for now. But after struggling to pump breast milk for her baby, it’s going to be a long road ahead for her. And Frankie and Dillon have their own romance dramas, with Frankie meeting Sully, not knowing what he’s capable of, and Dillon trying to tell Lucas that he’s not in love with him anymore. But I do wonder what will happen next after he accepts Lucas’ proposal to marry him? Tuesdays episode saw Cleo having symptoms of something that’s linking to post natal depression, as even Sienna stated that she didn’t seem herself when visiting the hospital, and not just because of her cold. I do also wonder if talking to Dodger over the baby monitor was something that was genuine or one of her hallucinations. Elsewhere Darren is still attempting to clear his name, and Ant setting him up after talking to Froggy only made matters worse. And Dodger explaining that there’s no bail will only add to his worries, but Frankie is determined to get the truth after speaking with Darren herself. And who was Dee Dee on the phone to? Speaking of Frankie, she also had to play therapist after she found out that Dillon is in love with Ste, telling him that the sooner he tells Lucas that he’s no longer in love with him the better. After seeing spoilers, Lucas wanting to be friends was only a trick to grab Dillon’s phone and find the truth. And Diane had news that she didn’t want to hear about Tony’s condition following his stroke and the medication not working, but at least Mercedes has offered to help out if need be. Finally, Wednesdays episode saw Lucas still reeling from Dillon calling off their engagement, convinced that there is someone else. He then accused it being Frankie after searching through Dillon’s phone, but that was far from the truth, where she then revealed that Dillon would help her on her date with sully (which she decided to reschedule following the drama). Following a video of Lucas showing his aggressive side, he took his anger out on Ste yet again, but with Dillon coming in time to stop it, I wonder how long it’ll be before Lucas’ violent behaviour is exposed? And Frankie is also onto Ant for setting up Darren, and with Diane wondering what to believe, she saw a different side to Ant when she refused to give him his phone back. But Ro showing her a picture of Ant with a gun changed everything. And Gemma seeing Warren and Mercedes together did put her off, but Mercedes made it clear that he was only their for the sake of their children. But Goldie meanwhile was determined to get rid of Warren following Hunters death, and meeting Gemma may only be the start of a dangerous plot. Especially now that Myra has gone to Alicante for the foreseeable.

Eastenders:

This week was saw the end of a horrific storyline, one resident leaving for a fresh start, and one resident bringing an idea he once written to life for the festive period Mondays episode saw the beginning of the end of Kojos and Harry’s ordeal. And bless him Kojo was wanting to go get his favourite toothbrush, which to some may be abit silly, but for autistic people, certain items can help with emotional regulation, and in this case, Kojos toothbrush may be one of them. I also understand barneys frustration when Nicola and Teddy at first don’t say anything, so I hope teddy meant what he said about telling Barney the truth whilst having a burger. Ravi meanwhile demanded that Okie run away after telling him the extent of what’s happened, and after she visited Harry and Nicola, a visit to George was enough to see that Kojo was telling the truth about what happened and how Ravi got involved. And boy she made it clear that there’s no going back. But I do fear for Kojo when he braved going back to his flat, only to find Okie there as well. And whilst that’s all happening, Junior had a situation in his home life that may possibly lead to his departure from Walford. Elsewhere, Jean, Honey and Elaine sneak off to a private bar after Jean has once again had enough of Zoe’s antics. But just as she was about to draw a line under it, Zoe failing to deliver Stacey’s parcel (which I think Jean was more capable of doing herself if she hadn’t have been so stubborn) soon put her in a bad mood again. And Nigel was prepping to go to court, and Yolande telling Julie about when Nigel will get his tie back added to her stress. But bless Nigel for stating that Walford will never change if he gets sent down, and that he will always love Julie no matter what. But Ritchie giving the news that the case was dismissed due to Nigel’s condition was a lucky escape, so at least now he can spend the rest of his days stress free. Tuesdays episode saw Teddy tell Barney everything, and also the story of how his dads dad gave him a watch her never wore, and that when Barney turns 18, Teddy will give it to him. And his plan of altering his ways did have consequences, as Kojo was in danger from Okie to get him to ask what he told the police. Good on Kojo for standing up to him, but I’m glad harry came just in time to stop him. And a scuffle led to an accident and a fatal end for Okie, with some emotional last words seeing that beneath the anger and the manipulation, is a vulnerable man himself just needing to get by. And Teddy was distraught with what he sees, and also agrees with him that Harry did the right thing, and not get Nicola to cover up what happened. But everything changed when Teddy emotionally decided to take the fall, protecting Harry knowing how vulnerable he is. George meanwhile, after getting wind of Phil about Kojos whereabouts and seeing teddy and Harry, confronted Ravi. But let’s just say Ravi pressed George’s buttons and that you do not want to get on his bad side. And despite Priya letting him stay, my guess is she still hasn’t forgiven him and I don’t think he ever well, despite Ravi stating that he only did it for his family. But amongst all of that, after Honeys adventures with Elaine and Jean where she found out that Charlie is a code word for something, was shocked to hear about Nicolas pregnancy. But I wonder what Nicola will decide to do? Wednesdays episode saw Teddy being questioned by the police after taking the fall, and it’s safe to say that Barney is not coping well with it at all. But thankfully Nicola being the mother she is reassured him that all will be okay, and giving him teddy’s old watch. Harry soon made an escape but thankfully he was found, and Nicola also needed him to know that his safest place is at home, knowing that he’d be too vulnerable in a police cell. But I wonder how she will break the news to both Harry and Barney when teddy reveals he’s going down for murder following news from Phil’s solicitor Ritchie? Meanwhile there’s also tension between George and junior, and asked him if keeping an eye on Kojo is a way to forget his family problems? I just hope that junior’s departure from Walford ends on a high, and I do wonder what George will do when his brother Kobina messages him that Kojo needs to come home? Elsewhere, Lexi is keen to put on Nigel’s film he wrote, but some hesitation led to him not doing the idea. But with some encouragement from Kim in her own way, and Phil telling Nigel that whether he remembered it or not he still wrote the script, had a change of heart. And Vicki was great for standing up to Denzel and nugget after they pestered Tommy. But Amy revealing Tommy's part did set her off again, but it was a good thing Kat was there to calm the situation down, making her see that Joel brainwashed Tommy into helping him. Finally, Thursdays episode saw the aftermath of Teddy telling Nicola about what he’s being charged for. Barney is worried as he is when he finds out the truth (with the breakfast being over the top being one sign) but Harry was adamant that he needed to tell the truth. But visiting Teddy in prison gave her no choice but to not let Harry do it, as Teddy decided to plead guilty for Harry’s sake. And he was right to do that, as Nicola then found Harry overdosed on drugs (which I blame Okie for). Let’s just hope he recovers next week. It was also time for Junior to leave the street, and Gina, Anna and Kojo decided to get a present for him and his son. But after Kojo got spooked by someone who thought he was in Okies gang, George then revealed that he might need to send him back to Ghana, convinced it was for his safety. Now as an autistic person, I really felt for Kojo when he heard the news, and I would be overwhelmed by news like this. But at least junior was there to call him down. And good on him for telling George the impact it would give him, knowing that this would be similar to how George was with junior in the past. And after telling Ravi to make sure he doesn’t get Kojo involved with anything, he managed to make peace with George in the boxing ring. He also said goodbye to Cindy, and then gave words of wisdom to everyone. These included telling Kojo he’s safe, motivating Anna to go to Australia, and George for making sure he stays away from Nicola. All I can say is good luck to Micah Balfour for whatever he does next, he did a really great job of bringing the character of Junior to life, and I know this will be the start of bigger opportunities ahead. Alfie was also abit cheesed off with Zoe and Kat as they were looking Zoe’s son still. But Alfie had Zoe to thank when the barrels weren’t working, using her skills from Ibiza to save the day. Finally, Vicki had a shock when she saw a group of lads in the cafe watching a Drake Zagan video, and whilst calming down, she opened up about how she had to pay off the girl Joel assaulted on the tube. And it looks like she still has a long way to go as after going to Harry’s Barn to let her hair down, seeing a man harass a woman gave her bad memories. And I think it’s only going to get worse

We Might Regret This:

This week I watched the last two episodes of this comedy casted by Amy Jackson. Episode 5 saw Abe feeling uneasy with Freya’s toilet situation,  with Jo then helping Freya with her stuff for going away and asking Freya about her night out with Abe, whilst Freya is wanting to make a more active effort with him. But Jo had to hide her unease when Freya joked about her sleeping with Levi. Abe continued to show support to Levi whilst he was convinced the gig was an idea. Whilst at his cooking gig, Levi met his old friend Daniel to help out at his engagement party to Imo and insisting he can help. This then prompted Jo visiting Levi to check in and stating it’s impossible to batch cook risotto, and ended up helping out. We then saw Jo mocking Imo and Daniel whilst the cooking it’s taking longer than expected to cook. And I had a feeling jo was abit jealous when he bumps into an old friend. But not long after that, Levi was clearly stressing out when Daniel asks about the food, and jo telling him to blame everything on her, and Levi revealed that the pregnant girl was Sam’s ex and how everyone just moved on she he died, and also revealed why he wants to get the risotto correct, work the first thing he ever cooked. Jo then revealed that she was sofa surfing and starting all over again, with her and Levi rebelling, followed by getting intimate whilst getting high. Whilst that was happening, Freya admitted that she never had a night away with someone before due to feeling like she needed someone to help, and told him to ignore the people staring, only to see her poster advertised which may have been the real reason people are staring at her. Abe and Freya then had a pre drinking game whilst forgetting the glasses whilst waiting for ramp guy, and they were soon arriving at the destination, which is not what they were expecting. Abe soon wanted to check in on Levi, with Freya reassuring him he’ll be fine, and Abe soon admitting that it’s great to go away. But Freya soon revealed that she felt that Abe is more of a carer and telling him that Levi needs space, whilst Abe accuses her of using her friends to come between them leading to an argument. But it soon ended with a toilet accident but Abe going a naked 5k to cheer her up. This then got Abe telling Freya she never has to be embarrassed and soon the pair started again. Finally, episode 6 saw Freya and Jo going shopping for the anniversary of Sam’s death, not wanting to feel like a spare part. Jo told her she doesn’t have to do it and Freya mentioning her second birthday which was also the anniversary of her accident. Freya then had the idea of making a video for Sam’s anniversary with Jo not putting on music and Jo also liking the idea, appreciating Jos presence and getting the house ready. Whilst the preparations were in full swing. Abe suggested going to therapy to talk, avoiding the anniversary and levi expressing his feelings. Jane then came to admitting abe wants an audience, and also convinced he’s being overprotective of Levi, therefore Levi opposing everything due to feeling like he wants to be in control and Jane revealing she left as she couldn’t stay. After therapy, Abe and Levi went to the arcade whilst Levi told Abe to stop trying so hard, with Abe revealing Freya nearly died. And soon Abe checked in on Levi again during a game of noughts and crosses, and revealing he’s seeing someone but unsure of when to go deeper. Just before the main event, Jane stated that Abe is funny about lillies despite liking the effort she made and Abe admitting the open communication is working. Levi praised Jo on the house and attempted to reveal his feelings for her, then made the speeches interrupted the moment. Abe making a toast to Sam and praising Freya for the hard work, showing the video which praise from Levi, stating that Sam would’ve liked her. However, it left Abe feeling uncomfortable and accused her of the video being one of her art projects but Jane says otherwise. And Jane herself (whilst taking about her traditions on the anniversary) talks about how Abe hides his feelings and that Freya told Jane how we all have baggage and opened up about how a near death experience can change everything but that you can get through it. Jo then told Abe to show more appreciation as she did it for him and how she knew about the day Sam died, reminding him it’s not his fault. After Abe stated she’s not good for them, both him and Freya found out about Levi and Jo with jane being okay with it but Freya and Abe not happy about it. After Levi felt rejected, Freya asked Jo to help her leave with Jo adamant she needs to stay and queries her on her feelings for Levi. We soon saw Jo leaving and Ty coming back, and after listening to a podcast with Amy Jackson herself about the second series, something tells me there’s going to be more adventures to come.

The Hack:

This week I watched the penultimate episode of the show based on a true story. This saw Nick reflecting on everything, whilst Dave talks to Gordon brown and talking about Arran, but also talked about the car from episode 2 and Rebekah Brooks, stating that we all make mistakes. Gordon then told the story of his fathers work as a minister, stating how the country is not the same, and also mentioned about the hacking scandal with Rupert Murdoch planning to take control of BSkyB, with each deciding to tell their stories wanting to help each other. 2011 then saw the British press awards taking place with Nick attending but stating he can’t be there, with Alan stating that the staff from news of the world are under arrest and investigated. Alan then added that people are more frightened of him, with Nick stating a difference between fear and hate. Nick then went onto explain that 26th January saw Ian Edmonton’s discovery and the update Scotland Yard did and 9th February, seeing a statement being made, stating he didn’t feel like a winner. We then saw News of the world and many other staff taking home awards but the guardian taking home newspaper of the year. Whilst that was happening, DS slater visited Jacqui and explained about operation Weeting, linking it to the phone hacking scandal, showing Jacqui notebooks of glen mulcaire, working out that someone in the MET told him hers and Dave’s information. Slater then revealed that it was stolen in 2006 without any warning from Jacqui. Elsewhere Glen Campbell met Nick, who complimented on Alex muranchak and Jonathan Rees, stating that he’s out after mentioning that no one took it seriously. Glen then presented a link to Gordon brown and revealed he wants to meet Nick, which he did, holding a meeting to discuss murdochs BSkyB takeover. Dave mentioned Daniel Morgan’s case and operation weeting, with evidence to prove it. It then led Gordon to suggesting an unofficial opposition against murdochs plan and praising Nick and querying about him being in politics, revealing how they came at him with an experience from autumn 2009 and asking people to fight after being accused of being causal work grieving mothers. This then led him to telling Nick that it needs to end with him joining them, which he did. Afterwards John Yates saw Dave about an article from Mike Sullivan at the sun, and also about Panorama article linking to Johnathan Rees, threatening to take action. Dave in turn then revealed Yates tactics, and Yates making a threat. Back at the office, Nick was then talking to Alan, and being wary on getting close with politicians, revealing he doesn’t get what he want, but more on what Gordon wants. But he also pointed out that he can also be a good ally. Nick then revealed a hacking judge and also asking about why they won an award. Dave’s personal life is also not going well when his kid hasn’t been sleeping, and Jacqui then mentioning that ashes been contacted by operation Weeting whilst he revealed that mulcaire made a call for his details. He also added that Rebekah brooks mentioned about how their “affair” is a public interest. Nick also finding out that some cases were being dismissed whilst someone accused him of stealing her story by a source called Amelia, followed by Nick asking about Weeting and her involvement. Nick then went onto explain how Ben brazier revealed the hacking story from news of the world revealing everything, which was Gordon browns plan but, Nick telling them that getting it to trial is not possible. Glen also revealed that Rees targeted Middleton and Yates and a plan on where to go next. We then saw the house of parliament taking place about the phone hacking scandal with David Cameron giving a good answer. Amelia soon revealed some more operations of hacking scandals and revealed about Operation Weeting and their deletions, and that her source “Jingle” will tell no lies on a question. Charlotte later on told Nick about her representations and how she got evidence with details from “Leslie chapman”, Jessica Chapman's father who got hacked but couldn’t use it without the families permission. Nick then reported back to Dave about Leslie chapman, whilst Dave bless him has another vertigo flare up and explains his eating habit, and mentions to Nick about focusing on the details with an example of someone who had a hernia. But I think Nicks motivation to get the story going again was when he read a past article, then asking Alan the following day about an article on Milly Dowler from 14th April 2002, with the final addition showing the reference was removed, and that Rebekah was the editor at the time. Amelia then gave  an update that jingle is investigating and revealed they deleted messages due to a full inbox. This saw everyone ten updating Gordon brown with Gemma revealing that Stuart Kuttner phoned the police, with Gordon adding that it could change everything whilst Jacqui gets a notification on channel 4. We then saw Nick visiting Mrs Dowler and revealing they’re keeping up to date, and the family asking why someone would do it, with Nick answering that they want a good story out of it, then further explaining that they are selling newspapers but for the right reasons, with the family then giving permission. After Dave sent a message to Jacqui asking to be careful, and Nick and Alan discussing news titles for Molly's story with Gill being impressed with it, the Channel 4 news being on with Jacqui stating her piece. It then finished with The guardians post being released followed by different newspaper companies reading them but not being printed. However, the impact it had was off the scale, as news from real life clips of phone hacking and Molly's story and news of the world closing down. It then saw Rebekah Brooke’s resigning and John yates quitting and Murdoch's abandoning his BSkyB bid.

Film Club:

This week I watched the penultimate episode of the show create by Aimee Lou Wood. Callum’s troublesome behaviour was his way of speaking concern for Evie, who is hiding in the garage whilst Noa was reflecting on what happened in the last episode. And whilst Callum was reading, Suz was trying to be helpful, and Izzie told Steph about Evie, with Steph suggesting about needing the right people during her wobble. It was understandable that Suz felt scared and annoyed, and Izzie ignored Suz advice to not talk to her. But she praised Evie for slamming a door, encouraging her to feel whatever she’s feeling. This then prompted Evie thinking she needs to grow up and decides to cancel film club, with Suz making her hatred for Josh clear, telling Izzie to ignore him. Evie was soon reassuring, whilst also telling him she needed to get a grip, knowing what she is that she wants. But he secretly hid Noa’s note, whilst Dom asked Noa about film club and booking in a meal for them. Whilst Suz suggested to do their own film club with Izzie, which then prompted Izzie to visit Noa, Suz was also getting the ick with Josh, confronting him in the process. He claimed that it’s only protecting, with Suz then wondering if he’s protecting her or hiding her. And you know what I don’t blame her when she demanded space from him. And the cheek of him to lie to Evie about his Nana. I also loved Evie and Callum’s own way of bonding, getting him to to resource her and talking about her malfunction whilst he got kicked out of school, with Evie telling him he needs avenues of expression and offered to read what he wrote. Yes he may have meant it as a joke, but it was still a lovely moment. Izzie reassuring Suz that setting up film club was a good idea, which seemed to have done the trick as Evie's old self was slowly coming back. Steph then round, which led to Suz apologising for her wobble and praised her for the experience. Evie then asked Suz the real status of her job and flat, where the true finally comes out, and Evie just casually took it well, leading to asking everyone who they would haunt, stating that “the only way is up”. Noa then came round and mentioned his olive branch, which was his new address to his flat in Bristol, and the pair soon  reconciled. It did lead to a funny moment when Noa was trying to impress the girls, which did seem to work, talking about family and Suz revealing the truth about Josh, stating that Evie can handle it, which she did. Whilst Callum was looking and Noa not minding it being so full on (with Izzie secretly liking Noa), Steph revealed her experience and Evie copies quotes when she gets discombobulated, and Steph not revealing her job (although I would like to know). At the even everyone discussed the film with Suz asking about it as a whole. relieved it’s not a sex cult. It then led to a final moment for Evie and Noa being alone, with him not having a dramatic goodbye whilst Suz and Steph do karaoke, and finding Noas note in Josh’s jacket. Let’s just hope that going into next week Evie will find what the more really says.

Personal:

Exercise:

This week’s exercise wasn’t as proactive as it was before. Even though I’ve recovered from my cold it still gave me abit of fatigue, and also with the stuff I had coming up I didn’t want to overdo it. However I still did some good work on the bike which you can see below had one gym session and did lots of yoga. So at least I wasn’t being completely lazy.

Cooking:

This week I did something simple, which was spaghetti and meatballs. But I haven’t had it in a while, so it was good to make something that reminded me of how tasty something simple is. And along with a drink of alcohol free Kopperberg, it was the perfect combination to watch the darts with!

ree

Surveys:

This week I did some surveys. Not alot, I won't lie, but whilst I was on my day off from my "proper job", I had time to sneak some in. So at least I managed to get abit of self-care in doing this activity.

Darts:

This week I had three practices of the game. With it being the Grand Slam of Darts as well, it definitely got me in the mood to keep going practicing one of my favourite sports. Here are 4 snippets of what I did below, where I had some nice groups and also looked at getting a double to start (as in the world Grand Prix of Darts, you have to start on a double).

Grand Slam of Darts:

This week I continued watching this last big tournament before the world championships begin. There has been lots of twists and turns, but my favourite moments had to involve Michael smith, first with the farting drama with Chris dobey and then nearly repeating what he did in the world championships against Michael van gerwan. But to come back after suffering from arthritis I think what makes a true champion, and even though he didn’t make it all the way, he’s a fine example of how you should never give up doing what you love. I also didn’t want the final, partly because I had stuff going on that were more important, and because it was the two Luke’s in the final again I knew what to expect from the pair of them. But overall it has been a brilliant tournament and I can’t wait for the final one that is the world darts championships!

Strictly Come Dancing:

This week I watched the rest of last weeks strictly. I got emotional with Vicky and Kai’s tango, and I’m so happy she got the highest score of the week. If she’s not in the final I don’t think I’ll be very happy. And Harry went out on a high with his samba, and even though I had a slight feeling it would be him, he gave us a dance everyone will remember. I also watched the week before Blackpool, and wow the competition was getting tough. Everyone brought their a-game, and theee performances stood out for me in particular. These were Alex and Johannes waltz thay got me emotional, and Karen and carlo’s American smooth got Carlo himself emotional. I did feel for George on his rumba, as i thought it was emotional and a brilliant tribute to his mum.

Gogglebox:

This week I saw more adventures from the TV critics. Cheé asked which features she got from Sarah and Andre, and Mary was hilariously criticising Giles for burning stuff. Abbie told Georgie about a diet to help find out what irritates her stomach, and Ellie showing Izzi a bodysuit that Izzi is letting her borrow. Pete spilled the tea to Sophie about his and Paige’s financial mix up, and Danielle telling Daniella about getting a tattoo where it’s for making fake tattoos. Finally, Susie showed rosie her new haircut, Lee getting Jenny a belt but getting wit turned out to be a dog harness. They also reacted to some of the best tv this week. “The 1% club” saw the 30% question was was one and 15% question was simpler than I thought, but and some goggleboxers getting 1% question right, and “Celebrity Race Across The World” with Anita and and her dad Bal encountering a place where it’s dangerous and having a close call with the other teams to be the first people at the checkpoint. “Come Dine With Me: Teens” saw fitness fanatic Ben being a proper teenager (although tbf I’m 25 and I would still need help from my dad ), and “All’s Fair” saw Kim Kardashian’s acting, where Allura’s (Kim’s character) husband Chase is up to no good with her assistant Milan is pregnant with his child. The “BBC News” focused on Elon musk and showing a robot dancing, and “Squid Game: the challenge” saw player 272 be horrible to his teammate and the googleboxers did feel for him. Finally “ITV News” talked about the BBCs editing error on Donald trump and also Panorama getting involved followed by the BBC reporting Donald trump wanting a billion dollars, and “Police Interceptors” saw them chase a gang of 16 year olds with machetes, which definitely surprised me.

Challenges & How I Got Through Them:

This week some of the challenging times included a damaged nerve in my back coming back. Even though it wasn’t as bad as last time, I was still very wary of it, so I made the decision to not go to London to do a workshop I was booked in for. Yes I couldn’t get a refund on my train ticket or the course, but instead I used the money for the course as credit to use for the next one I want to book on. So at least then I’m not losing any money in the first place. Another challenge I had to endure this week was as mentioned in “Acting Jobs”, looking at if the offers I’ve been given to do some Christmas work are doable. But as the saying goes, if I want it I’ll find a way. If I don’t I’ll find an excuse. So I think it’s the case of sitting down and have a proper think on what’s doable and what isn’t, as by saying no to one thing, I’m saying yes to something else. But I’ll be sure to update you on what acting jobs I’m taking on this Christmas.

What have I learnt this week? It’s okay to change your mind!

See you soon for another blog. Until next time…

This is The Autistic Actress signing off :)
